Worst app ever used. Most of the time doesn’t respond. Equally bad are the wifi enabled switches. These are not Tata made..Chinese products
Too many bugs in app, Device is not working good, very poor performance west of money. I request to all do not purchase it
App that does not connect to the device. Spent half day trying to connect the switch to wifi. Failed every time. When connected in AP mode, the device shows up as offline after adding it. The blue light never stops blinking… Slow flashing fast flashing is all the device it good at. I had great hopes on Tata product but looks like i shall look for other options for home automation.
UI of the application is very excellent.Most of the devices are very nice.

Experience is below expectation. Could not understand their logic of designing such switches which are so difficult to connect. Very poor product. Have failed in connecting to the switch using Wi-Fi totally. Not expected such from a Tata product.
App is user friendly, however device connectivity is not working well. ‘command timeout’ error message is very common even though wifi signal is really good. not sure issue is with the app or device. Tried with 3gang converter and 5A switch.
