Too many ads. Everytime I touch the screen to do something an ad pops up. Most of the ads are videos that you can’t close and some even play with sound. This is really inconvenient. Also, real time tracking is not accurate and there isn’t a scan button. So I have been going in circles closing and opening the app, suffering through the ads everytime, just trying to get it to recognize that I just connected another device to the wifi.
Shows made-up devices supposedly connected to your wi-fi, maybe to trick you into buying some security related products, I don’t know. Also buggy, the brand name of some of the (real or supposed) devices is shown as “
It helped me to identify a wifi thief. I managed to isolate this thieving device and block bit permanently from my WiFi. The real-time wifi analysis is very useful. I wish it had an option to set specific intervals.
The info provided is accurate, it presents a list of devices thats basic but ample to decide if there is reason investigate further. Yes you get info that you could find out yourself, however this app responds so quick in real time monitoring it’s saves you the time, the hassell and leaves your mind clear for what your doing. It has associated apps, all do a task on one click. All together do the same as one app but without having to select from the menu constantly .
Minus 100 if I could, less than unless, can’t do anything with once installed. Advertising will not mute very hard 2 get rid of, did I mention annoying as H3ll! Can’t tell what or anything about who is connecting 2 your network without your permission. Does seem 2 make it a lot easier 4 anyone who wants 2 Crack your security alot more easy 2 get all of your information in one convenient location & then give them access 2 your default password & ISP information so that they call ISP & get anyth
The first thing this “free” app does when you first run it is ask for credit card details. You can get around this but it is unintuitive. The app also requests permissions it doesn’t need, suck as access to call data. This app is predatory and I immediately uninstalled after using it one time. This is not an app you want sniffing your network or having access to your phone.
So far, so good. Found all my devices first try. Seems to do what it’s supposed to do. Update 11/2/19 don’t like the way the app constantly requires closing. With wifi on, app is constantly working in background unnecessary telling user connected devices already listed as “known.” I ONLY want to know any changes such as NEW connections or attempts to connect. 4/25/20 they obviously don’t read reviews. App refuses to close. Gonna uninstall. 8/18/20 reinstalled. Issues seem to have been addressed,
If an informations shown up on this app are trustworthy, it functions well except that it can’t figure out what OS is on a device connected to a router. Could you update for this later ? I’m able to withstand in the wave full of pop-up ads.
Couldn’t even get past the start up screen. A seemingly unclosable ad about timeshares dominated the screen right after startup. I don’t even know what the app really looks like. It insisted upon making you “Learn More” about this completely unrelated and questionable deal on timeshares. I get ads are needed to make an app free. But wooow was that a tone deaf decision.
Only showed your device. Uninstaller. The app has good bones to, these developers are on the right track and can definitely makes this into a great app. I plan to re-download it periodically to check to see if it’s fixed and if it adds features.
